The aim of this mega‐event was not only to showcase India but also source and produce interactive elements of Indian culture to give the attendees an authentic 360‐degree experience of virtually being in the country.
The 17,000 sqft. rink of the Hershey Centre fits all key aspects that India is known for. With a 40ft large stage, Canada’s famous South‐Asian celebrities were given top exposure live. The three‐day festival consists of over 70 non‐stop performances.
As an active sponsor brand activation begins within pre, on-site & post event promotion, providing longer term benefits using multilevel platforms to a broader audience beyond the visitors. Our marketing campaigns start 3 months before the event.
To get to Carassauga, drive to one of the main sites like Square One or Paramount Fine Foods Centre for parking.
Using Public Transit?
Use public transit by taking GO Transit to nearby stations and connecting with MiWay buses, with your festival passport offering free rides on MiWay and special shuttles during the event. The India pavilion is located at the Sportsplex Building during the festival.
